Welcome to AMCORP. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of products and services from AMCORP ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing, using, or accessing any AMCORP products, services, or website, you ("Customer," "Buyer," or "User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or use our products.

1. Business Scope

AMCORP is a wholesale distributor and supplier of automotive performance parts, electronic tuning devices, engine control unit (ECU) hardware, powertrain control module (PCM) components, and related products.

Products sold by AMCORP are intended primarily for:

  • Professional installers

  • Licensed automotive businesses

  • Off-road or competition vehicles

  • Research and development purposes where applicable

Some products may not be legal for use on public roadways.

2. EPA Emissions Compliance Notice

AMCORP complies with the regulations of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Clean Air Act.

Under federal law:

  • It is illegal to remove, disable, or tamper with emissions control devices on any motor vehicle used on public roads.

  • It is illegal to manufacture, sell, or install any device designed to defeat emissions controls.

AMCORP does not manufacture or sell defeat devices intended to bypass federally mandated emissions systems.

Customers agree that:

  1. All emissions-related products will be used in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

  2. Any tuning software, hardware, or PCM calibration must not be used to disable emissions control systems on vehicles operated on public roads.

  3. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring lawful use of any purchased product.

Violations of emissions laws may result in significant civil penalties.

3. Diesel Emissions Compliance

For diesel vehicles, customers acknowledge that federal regulations prohibit tampering with emissions control equipment including but not limited to:

  • Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF)

  • Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) systems

  • Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)

  • Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) systems

  • Onboard Diagnostics (OBD) emissions monitoring

Products sold by AMCORP are not intended to enable the removal or disabling of these systems on road-going vehicles.

Customers purchasing diesel tuning hardware must certify that:

  • The product will be used for off-road, racing, or closed-course competition vehicles, or

  • The vehicle is not registered for highway use, or

  • The product will be used for legal diagnostic or repair purposes only.

AMCORP assumes no responsibility for misuse of its products in violation of emissions regulations.

4. Gasoline Vehicle Emissions Compliance

Gasoline-powered vehicles are subject to federal emissions standards enforced by the **United States Environmental Protection Agency and the California Air Resources Board (CARB).

Customers acknowledge:

  • Tampering with catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, evaporative emissions systems, or emissions-related PCM calibrations may violate federal and state law.

  • Certain products may be legal only when accompanied by a CARB Executive Order (EO) certification.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all emissions regulations in their jurisdiction.

5. Off-Road / Competition Use Disclaimer

Certain AMCORP products are designated FOR OFF-ROAD OR COMPETITION USE ONLY.

These products:

  • May not comply with emissions regulations

  • Are not intended for use on vehicles driven on public roads

  • Are intended exclusively for closed-course racing vehicles

Use of these products on public roadways may violate the **Clean Air Act and applicable state laws.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from AMCORP, the customer agrees that they:

  • Are responsible for determining product legality in their jurisdiction

  • Will not install emissions-defeating modifications on street vehicles

  • Will comply with all local, state, and federal laws

  • Will ensure proper installation by qualified personnel

Customers assume all liability resulting from improper installation or illegal use.

7. Professional Use Requirement

Certain products may only be sold to:

  • Automotive repair facilities

  • Licensed mechanics

  • Performance shops

  • Dealers or distributors

AMCORP reserves the right to refuse sales to unqualified buyers.

8. Product Installation and Risk

Performance automotive parts inherently involve risk.

AMCORP is not responsible for:

  • Engine damage

  • Vehicle failure

  • Loss of warranty

  • Improper tuning or calibration

  • Improper installation

  • Vehicle accidents or injury

All products must be installed and calibrated by qualified professionals.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Products are sold AS IS

  • AMCORP makes no express or implied warranties

  • This includes warranties of:

    • Merchantability

    • Fitness for a particular purpose

    • Non-infringement

Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided directly by the manufacturer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMCORP shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of vehicle use

  • Regulatory penalties

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

11. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMCORP from any claims, damages, penalties, or legal actions arising from:

  • Improper installation

  • Illegal use of products

  • Violation of emissions regulations

  • Use of products on vehicles operated on public roads where prohibited

12. Order Acceptance

AMCORP reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Limit quantities

  • Require proof of business licensing

  • Require emissions compliance documentation

Orders may be canceled if regulatory compliance concerns arise.

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Must be authorized by AMCORP

  • Must be unused and in original packaging

  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase

Certain products including electronic tuning devices, PCM modules, and software licenses may be non-refundable.

Restocking fees may apply.

14. Intellectual Property

All AMCORP branding, trademarks, product designs, documentation, and software are protected under intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or distribution is prohibited.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

AMCORP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on the company website and take effect immediately upon publication.
